Hi,
I had same issue. Found my solution asf;
1- Noticed that my host did not support php mail command.
2- Switched to smtp mailer by uncommenting, altering relevant areas in inc/tags/form.php
3- Form still did not work for me
4- Altered smtp port 465 to 587
It worked flawless then.
