Pulse CMS Addon Purchase not showing up

Hi, I purchased the $1 “Clock Login Theme” from the Pulse Addons back on Dec. 23rd and it never showed up in my purchases. I do have the Paypal receipt, so I know the purchase went through

  • I emailed support and was told it was a “bug”
  • I emailed Justin twice,
    • once using the email address on the Paypal receipt
    • and once through the contact form on his website
    • no response either time
  • I emailed Pulse Support again to see if there was another way to contact Justin and never received a reply

I mean it is only $1, but is this a problem with other addons as well?

Please bear in mind it has been holidays and am sure @JRAYCV will get that to you as soon as possible.

However, the bug is our fault (not Justin’s) and we’ll fix this as soon as we can :slight_smile:


@Raimo - just checked my correspondence and @JRAYCV sent you a reply on 24th and I was CC on the email. He also attached the clock theme in that email.

I just re-sent it just now. Please check and your SPAM folders. Any issues, please get in touch by email :slight_smile:
