Can’t Login/Recover Account - HELP!

Hello everyone!

I'm looking to work on a PULSE website created 8 years ago. Since then, I've obviously lost the password to get into the backend.

When I try to get into the backend, I'm unsuccessful and there is no opportunity to reset the password created some 8 years ago.

I do have access to the FTP to the website. Does anyone have any recommendations on how I can go about logging into the Pulse backend?

Hi, if you can reach your root: search for your config file. There you find your info and password to log in.
