Can we drop PHP 5.6? PHP 7+ now required

This is not switched on yet but urge all users to upgrade to PHP7 where possible.

Even Pulse 4 is compatible:

Pulse 3+ and 4+ and php

Yes both version 4 and 5 work in both. But soon 5 will be PHP7+ exclusive as talked about here:

There might be some hosts who refuse / don't have it but that's most likely rare so please upgrade when possible
