Can't recover/activate my former Pulse account

Email for the new Pulse Dashboard turned my account into a freebie, and no link to the Pulse 4.7. I purchased Pulse 4 when it was offered with the free upgrade to Pulse 5.

Thanks @murgatroydals - this is confusing… really sorry about this - I’ve found the problem :slight_smile:

The email address you have on this forum and the one paid for Pulse is different. That means also on Pulse dashboard you have two accounts - one freemium and one premium - one for each email.

I’ll DM you to let you know which and you can login straight away :wink:

Edit - all emailed and should be right now!
