Dashboard translation

Hello I try to translate the dashboard in French, for that, I created a copy from the file english.php that I translated. I then added the french.php language file in the admin / inc / lang folder. But I do not see this file in the Dashboard settings. Is there anything else to do to make this file recognized?

Email your translation to Pulse.
It will be used in Pulse as another language.

Check, add text for Redactor:
admin/redactor/lang.pulse.js
admin/redactor/lang/fr.js

Pulse 5.3.5
Edit the script:
pulsecore/misc.php
pulsecore/tests/unittest/common/misc.php
pulsecore/bootstrap.php
pulsecore/tests/unittest/common/bootstrap.php
