Editor User Login

I need a little clarification. How does an editor user login?

1. Add them a password in Admin > Settings > Users (switch them on)
2. Give them the password
3. They go to your site.com/admin/ and login with that password and will see the Editor dashboard

I gave the editor a password. And when I try to login with this password. I got the following message
