Get_magic_quotes_gpc() - PHP 5.4

Hi,

There seems to be a function in /pulse/admin/inc/magic.php that has been removed from PHP 5.4 ... will this break Pulse if webhosts update PHP to 5.4 or greater?

get_magic_quotes_gpc() is deprecated in /pulse/admin/inc/magic.php on line 4

It's fine to use a higher version. Infact the latest version of Pulse requires PHP 7.0 or higher and we recommend getting the latest one. Kindly update your server to a PHP 7 version and let us know if it works fine or not :slight_smile:
