No confirmation of subscription cancellation...?


I just cancelled my paid account and am wondering why I don't receive any (automated) confirmation about the cancellation. Keeping my fingers crossed that it will work...

You should be able to see on your account page that your subscription will be cancelled at the end of your current term. Let me know if it's not showing anything so that I can look into it.



Thanks @palej, now I've seen that message ("Subscription has been cancelled and will terminate on 05/03/20"). So I will still have access to updates until the beginning of May, correct?


Yes, that's correct! If you are subscribed via PayPal, kindly make sure to unsubscribe from your PayPal account as well :slight_smile:
