I have check a few of my clients sites statistics ...In one site I found this ? See screenshot ...
What is this ?! I don't have do anything on the site like this ? And the site has no Blog system ?

That was in the referrer part of the stats right? Which means if you click that link it will take you to a page on that site.
It's most likely that page is linking to your client's site - and this has nothing to do with Pulse itself.
