Purchased but can't use :-)

Hi, I purchased pulse 5 on Saturday morning but my account still says “freemium” and I can’t download.

I sent a message via the the help box on the website but only an automated message so far. Sorry to chase, but I need this for an urgent project.

How can I get my software so I can get up and running?

OK, I logged out and in again and I can now see the download.
