Thanks @jdloudon! Yes. Pulse 5 uses an updated text editor that strips out formatting, especially from Word. So that will help. That said, it happens with any desktop app (Mail, Word, etc) and I always have to use (on Mac) Shift+command+V - if they could be encouraged to use that it would help for now! Cheers

That said, Pulse 5 has a new version of Redactor in it which addresses these problems and makes an even better content editor experience
