Impossible to add more than 1o items to navigation

Hi

For the last 45 minutes I tried to add items (and sub items) to my navigation. It works until you want to add more than 10 items (watch video: https://vimeo.com/371357401)

I tried several browser but the phenomenon remains the same- It's impossible to use the system.
