Blog code loading on sub page

I am using the latest version of pulse 5.1.

Blog installed and loading under /news page, updated htaccess file so that sub page loads but when you click on the blog title to view full blog post some code loads in post at the top and bottom.

Main blog page loads ok this only occurs when viewing the sub page. If I switch back to an earlier version of pulse page loads ok.

• Logs - Admin>Settings>Export Logs
• A link of this in action
• Which version prior to 5.1 was it working fine?
